Amazing too when you consider that many of the skills are happening 2-3 stories high, and if the knot isn't correctly tied, well ... ouch! Personal responsibility and common sense? Common sense ain't that common! Thats why we need OSH (or whatever they are called now) The story should go like this: Safety line??? What safety line? Is this knot not good enough? What do you mean i need my supervisor to check it? What do you mean my chief needs to check that supervisor has checked it??? Nevermind.... No need to go in now...
