KM, what on earth were you doing trying to enter a Ross 930 in the small boat division! Stay in the shorthaul sports div where all good 930s should be!

We just want to race boats similar in specification and gear to ourselves so we entered the traditional keeler Div as we are one. But it seems someone decided we had to take our knife and play in the machine gun division instead.

Have done so Booboo me boy - maybe next year after a lotto win we'll be in the Sportsboats division bristling with Carbon stick, Square top and ridiculously oversized Gennakers ha ha!
For now, we've at least got a couple of other 830's to square up against for the first time.

Far better is it to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure... than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much, because they live in a gray twilight that knows not victory nor defeat.

127 boats have now entered the series, which starts this Saturday with the NZ Rigging 60. We have 9 Young 88s and 9 Farr 1020s racing in their own division, plus 3 Ross 1066s!

and website www.sssanz.co.nz.

One 'S' too many there dude. Use www.ssanz.co.nz

The weather is saying "Good SE winds with surfing waves expected and a very high probability of fantastic Sends fleet wide'.

In other words it looks near perfect.

Good to see it looks drier for tomorrow now.

Maybe a little less breeze than what was being suggested a day or 2 ago but still a good one and looking quite stable i.e. good racing weather.
