Still be interested to have a rough idea how much a brand new stick would be. Kind of academic for me as I'm not back in NZ yet. This is on my radar of boats to look at when I get back if I can sell the house this year. Will probably be sold by the time I get my act together, bit then again some of the boats on my radar have been on the market for a couple of years!

Does anybody know more about the design/condition/performance of impreza?

Thanks, but I don't know who Charlie is, and having got no response from the vendor to my question on the auction, all I know is that it doesn't have a mast!

Charlie is the vendor. And designer/builder. He's a good bloke and normally very helpful so perhaps hasn't seen your question yet.

Charlie of Taboo?

if so

he prefers to talk in person

on the boat

with a serious contender

It is Charlie of Taboo, which he also designed and built (with his son).

I see the auction says for more info ring Charlie on.... so that's probably the way to go.
