Back out of the house deal
Tell them you have a boat in your waters or some suchlikes
You can add two rooms to your existing house by buying Tigre, and they are mobile rooms to boot

Why are these incredibly fun and fast boats so cheap!

Because when people google prices they arrive at forums like this that have many saying "30yo so sh*t and must only be worth $1.49".

People are being conditioned into thinking if it's not a brand new bit of Tupperware, doesn't cruise at least at TP52 pace or doesn't foil everywhere they are simply worthless.

If I didn't have the boat on land I'd have snapped up Tigre the day I heard she was on the market, it's crazy cheap and they are damn good fun.

I'm looking for $11,500 for my half. She's got lots of nice gear and a great sail wardrobe. Coen, the other half owner, is a cool dude and very easy going.
