We all had a great weekend. Lots of competitive Sailing, partying, fishing. Top speed logged on Pork Chop 16.9 knots two days running. Highlight of the year for us.

Addem, Id suggest looking to recalc the speedo and would also suggest you probably went a bit faster than that.

One of my crew during a coastal several years ago hit over 17 knots and then decided it was logging to fast, so reduced the calibration off Sail Rock, which meant even though we went faster a bit later on, nobody broke his record...and we never got around to recalibrating.

That does sound like good times!

I didnt say we went that speed but did log it. In any case , it was damn fast and exhilarating with a big X.
Mind you we stuffed up the gybe (again) and ended up chasing boats to windward.

Legends is always an excellent weekend.

Not public unless you contact the farm. Plenty of fresh water creeks

There used to be a tap on the jetty in the cove - half way up on the eastern side.

But last time I used it was around 10 years ago.

I can’t recall if the tap is still there. I go there every year but We never need a refill over the weekend. I’ve used the farm workshop a few times though. They are very accommodating if one is respectful of the fact it is privately owned.
