WTI Crude up to $57.11 a barrel over night, quite a big jump.

Appears to be due to one of the multitude of Saudi Princes, probably called Mohammed Bin Puddly Puller or similar as most seem to be, running around locking up his cuzzies, investors and some Government Ministers so we are seeing some instability pricing action.

They're 'locked up' in the Ritz, poor buggers...

Probably all a ruse to make prices rise, times have been tough for them fullas with the depressed prices of the last few years...

Crude unchanged today.

Gold down a nats but pretty stable.

Big drop in dairy prices, Ouch.

NZ dollar a bit lower except V the AUS due to their Reserve bank not raising interest rates.

Over the last week or so crude prices have jumped a lot, up over $64 a barrel last night. Going up about a % a day, ouch. They have been slowly decreasing production at the same time usage is increasing, the end game is to get and keep the price up, it looks to be working.

Gold is also up a little, probably all the doom and gloom talk. Of which there is a lot and of late by names not usually associated with speculation. That's not good to hear.
