Erice, they can't even find the real founder, this guy does not even rank. Poorly researched article, again.

There is nothing, absolutely nothing, half so much worth doing, as simply messing about in boats

Bitcoin, like many things these days, has been sprinkled with Stardust.

Stardust is well known to make people blind, make irrational decisions......... and super easy to sell any silly sh*t too.

It tumbled 15% today.
It peaked at $19511, then dropped to $13048, but gained a tad back up to over $14K.
Far too volatile in my view. You would have to have money to burn to risk the ups and downs of that thing.

Its an incredible drop if you'd bought in at 19k ouch! My prediction is that it will bounce well above that, maybe an astronomical one then boom- its all over. Might take time for it to happen though

My prediction is it is nearly all over. The smart parasites will have already moved on to the next latest craze.. probably another cryptocurrency.

"Long Island Iced Tea shares rose as much as 289 per cent after the unprofitable Hicksville, New York-based company part-owned by Kiwi Eric Watson rebranded itself Long Blockchain."

"Bank of Japan Governor Haruhiko Kuroda said on Thursday bitcoin isn't functioning like a normal means of payment and is being used for speculation."

The whole thing is a joke and contributing nothing to society. It is just a tool to fleece the gullible.

Bail out of it quick. It's about to become worthless. The criminal underworld have dropped it in favour of some other cryptocurrencies because Bitcoin can now have it's transactions traced by software such as one called Chainalysis. The Criminals are opting for some new untraceable cryptocurrencies. Well....untraceable at the moment anyway.

Could be a good time to buy or a good time to sell?

Bitcoin has fallen sharply over the past 24 hours by a massive -US$3,000 to US$11,161, a -20% slump. That takes the price back to where it was on December 4, 2017. Growing regulatory pushback is behind the reassessment, especially in Japan, Korea and China where the exuberance was most pronounced
