Bloody engine

If no luck it will pay to check the engine compression with the correct tester.

Standard compression testers will not do the job.

It's called a leakdown tester. Not easy to do on the boat though. You need an air supply.

All good. Thanks for suggestions. The old what did you do that it wasnt happy with? Hose I replaced to inj pump was 1/4" should be 5/8. Anyway put bigger hose on and she went. Restricted fiel supply? or kink? Definitely fuel squirt out of pipe.

Yea :) Good work back.. I had a similar one where I was getting fuel as well: turned out to be a partially blocked fuel filter..
