ex TL systems 63 Posted June 6, 2018 Share Posted June 6, 2018 For us I wouldn’t panic,I would read the first option as a good in water scrub including a pipe cleaner etc on through hulls done a few days before departure, with this written in the log book and maybe a photo or two on your phone of you in the water. And when you arrive it still looks clean. You make it clear that you are a good person and following the rules as much as you can.
