We love water bombers here  !!

They have rearranged the odds of wild fire survival.

It is a part of summer......

From helitacs  to Elvis ...to the big boys...

We actually know that a fire is starting to get up when the first chopper appears on top...( A " firebird", a reporter/ controller)

A "going fire" close to a population can have so many aircraft that it has a chopper, who,s role is an ariel traffic controller.

If you are interested in aircraft firefighting ...this is my home state (Victoria) real and live running site.

In summer the aircraft list can be towards 200.
