16 from the panel then 0 does not look good. You should have something out of your controller, especially if it's a MPPT. On my controller, which is a MPPT it usually shows something even if only 0.1A sort of thing, right up to twilight. Mine panels have a light activated auto-isolation switch and turn off at sunset so the amps don't reverse flow out of the battery during the night.
I got my GoFelx from Beacon Marine in Westyhaven. Not cheap but so far have proven to be tuff and work very well.
The Juicy panels are cheaper and so far I've not heard anything bad about them. I haven't been hands on so can't comment on how they feel 'tuffness wise' compared to GoFlex. I'd think they are also worth a suss though. I have a Juicy battery as well as a Juicy 2.5kva Genny and have been happy with them and the service from Jamie at Enertec.
Panels are important so suss a specialist for good ones not a supermarket.
