Its most likely a stock photo bought via Getty, Adobe or whomever owns/resells the image - you can probably get a quote online if you look around. Pricing varies from nothing to megabucks.

 

You can steal the image but theres some pretty cleaver software out there that can find the image and set copyright lawyers on you.

 

Its a similar gig to using music or graphics in ads - either

 

1. Create your own or

2. Pay to use someone elses

3. Steal it and pray you dont get caught

 

Most reputable ad companies and their clients will stick to 1 or 2, those in China, not so much.
