One Tory seeking future.
Air New Zealand chief executive Christopher Luxon has hinted at a move into politics as he resigned from the national carrier this evening.

"I would like to think more about how I can best use my skills, abilities and experience to make a further contribution to the success of New Zealand whether that be through corporate life, politics or a not for profit," Luxon said in a statement.
Not that specific in his outline for my organisation to offer him a future.

I hear the National Party could do with some help in the leadership area at the moment.

It would be like Key2.0

Non-career pollie, successful in business, charismatic, gets given a safe seat, then the top job.

The die is cast.

I'm sure Luxon would love to go toe to toe with Shane Jones, just to settle a score.

Eric you continue to trouble me.
Keep your eyes on the ball and consider for one short moment that Judith is never going to rise to the pearly heights.
Considering another pale male in a suit as a constructive option for the largely ceremonial mayoral role is puffery at best.
