Clipper 343 Posted November 28, 2010 Share Posted November 28, 2010 The pad with the fittnig the oar is bolted to on my little inflatable (tiny Pelican) has peeled off. Seems to be a sort of rubber pad. What sort of glue should I use to try and reattach it? Link to post Share on other sites
Farrari 4 Posted November 30, 2010 Share Posted November 30, 2010 Clipper, give Jono a call at Safety at Sea/Southern Pacific. They sell a two pot pack for use on their ribs but it's not cheap. You may have to replace the pads as well based on the advise I was given for mine. Something about the plastic leaching causing the original bonding to fail in the first place.
