Standing on that wharf at that time of the year is only good for Japanese import cars and the mooring bollards. I, and many others, would think the only Aucklanders who would, would be pissed hunting a equally pissed tourist to shag. Give it a sweep and the sheds a coat of paint then worry about them after.
