Have you actually gone through the aliexpress dispute process?
I have ordered hundreds of things through them and always got a refund when any issue arose.
Not unusual for stuff to not be delivered, tracking is often meaningless. I have also returned faulty stuff and got fully refunded including postage.
I believe it is one of the safest online purchasing portals around, just got to be patient to get your savings.
Never deal directly with the seller to settle a dispute, nothing to gain everything to lose.

We already did that during the first lockdown and no one turned up, you make it sound like its a problem, they arn't all going to turn up on the same day.
You also make it sound like the predictions are gospel, they haven't been very good so far.
There is very good data on risk profiles, it could be used effectively to manage hospitalisation rates but we don't seem to have the necessary competent bureaucracy to manage it.
So we all take one for the team.
I'm sort of ok with our elimination approach for now but I am not happy about mortgaging my kids futures so everyone can carry on living like nothing happened.
We are blowing rapidly our countries reserve funding ability and the sh*t hasn't really hit the fan yet.

Unfortunately its a trait that only appears when it suits their political purpose, pretty quick to ignore good advice when its not what they want to do.
Watching her talk today, the whole following advice thing seemed to be more trying to deflect herself from the unpopular decision made.

Looks like they are trying to kick it off again, Polar bears look nice and cuddly don't they.
I'm surprised all these scientists can't figure out how the bears managed to survive all the other warming cycles. Maybe not looking very hard, doesn't fit the narrative.

Found these articles, very informative, I think your right IT but apparently most clips on the market will do the same. You need to read all three to get the whole picture. Just read the last one if you need info on what to choose - hint Spinlock didn't cut the mustard in several ways.

"Based on our testing, a variety of locking clips that are certified as meeting the ISO 12401 Standard for racing sailing tethers, World Sailing Small craft – Deck safety harness and safety line – Safety requirements and test methods, do not appear to comply with the portion of the standard (quoted below) that is used to establish that the hook can not easily release from a fixed attachment point by accident."

10% of 100% biomass is a lot more than 10% of the last 20% of a biomass.
Until fishing companies start increasing the biomass of a fishery, and then start fishing it, they are just talking sh*t and trying to get their hands on the last little bit by any means they can.
