splat 55 Posted July 8, 2019 Share Posted July 8, 2019 Looking at doing a couple of sets of lifelines and looking at using something like the above. Note the cover will be 16 or 24 carrier. Aft termination would be to either standard type stainless ferule or ronstan/harken low friction ring to enable a lashing. Advice please? Quote Link to post Share on other sites
Clipper 343 Posted July 8, 2019 Share Posted July 8, 2019 Whats the question? My lifelines have no ferrule or low friction rings, just lashing through a spliced eye in the lifeline. Chains ropes and anchors did mine. I spliced the ones across the transom, its quite a fiddly splice. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
