wheels 543 Posted April 3, 2014 Share Posted April 3, 2014 Never heard of it for anti-foul removal and would have thought it too expensive. It did get used for Osmosis issues at one point. The Ice supposedly froze the Osmosis blister and caused it to rupture. I have never seen it done and don't know if it worked as stated. Soda Blasting is often used for Anti-foul removal.
