Black Panther 1,566
Well, I can answer my own question, Seems the local council has put all the divers out of business by insisting they are licensed, insured?, there are two people in the water at all times, and they must have scaffolding and a safety net. OK I made the last bit up, but looks like I will be doing it myself over Labour w/e when I really wanted to be enjoying myself and relaxing.
