Best/Cheapest place for a haul out and hard standing for a couple of days in Auckland

I have a tracker 7.7 (~25 ft) and it will be my first time hauling a boat out.

I want to leave it out of the water for a couple of days to do the AF and a few bits around the hull (specially build a new rudder).

Have anyone had a good experience with the lsb (Little Shoal Bay) boatyard?  I'm assuming they will have a very cheap option

The Landing at Okahu Bay has quite reasonable rates. I’m looking into that for my imminent haul out in the coming weeks. I haven’t used them yet but chatting to some of the boaties working around the yard I’ve heard good feedback

I used them last year.  Friendliest yard I have been in.  The lift out guy actually smiles, talks to you and is a boatie!
