To rent a mooring!! For f**ksake... one of the main attractios to getting out of the marina for me would be that I don't have to eff about and pay insurance for my 70s classic plastic that isn't worth insuracing other than to satisfy marina red tape. These moorings were in the Mahurangi area btw If memory serves me correctly Ngataringa A4 suffered extensive damage whilst on a mooring as the result of a collision are you capable of paying for the cost of such repairs if your 70s classic unfortunately slips it’s mooring and damages another craft maybe some insurance would be prudent. 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
