Pecco 12
I have had a change of plans so, here it is a new windvane self steering. It is a build your self kit that cost me about $1400 to get to NZ. I did all the work of building it. So it is ready to go. It is made for a sailboat with a tiller set up around the 32ft range. It is made of stainless fittings, American oak primed with two pot interprotect and painted with Altex two pot top coat. You can have a read about this well regarded unit: https://www.pbo.co.uk/reviews/gear/hebridean-wind-vane-testing-the-diy-self-steering-gear https://windvaneselfsteering.co.uk/ It comes with a full set of drawings and instructions.
