The new neighbour, i'm sure we will be hearing a lot more about it. Chatting with the owners the basics are 2 tons, lift keel, cassette rudder,  3/4 ton waterballast per wing, over 4m wide...

I understand that one of the owners was part of the original syndicate that built/owned Extreme

Yep, looks like a weapon, love it, but definitely some compromises there re coming alongside a shitty wharf, or a raft up!
