It needs a little tinker and clean every now and then to keep the flame nice and lean. I have just replaced my Dickenson deck iron with a bronze one and new "H" chimney top. I THINK still have the 3 inch Dickenson deck fitting and top hood at home. The hood has rust discolouration but not as bad as the old one in the image below. There is also a stainless frame to stop lines getting caught. Not sure if I still have the gasket.
