I thought maybe a heat gun, and melt the stuff off? Skarsten scraper moves it, slowly, but doesn't do the prop much good. ? Quote Link to post Share on other sites
CarpeDiem 577 Posted August 29 Share Posted August 29 Wet and dry sand paper, water, gloves and a mask. Sand lightly. I used a 120grit sanding blocks and a couple of sheets. And maybe some 80grit... If the factory anodising is still there try not to sand it all off. Avoid electric tools it's too easy to make a hole in your sail drive. There is a product call propstrip or speedstrip or something made by the same company but I have never seen that used. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
