It was a great start and by the time the last division had left the weather was starting to build to the expected 25-30kn gusting 40. Here are half of the photos that I took of the start and if I managed to somehow borrow a dslr I will be back out tonight taking photos of the finish.

Well done Stephen, very good.

Here is my meagre contribution from North Head, up-sun, long distance and hazy. Truly horrible. Hence I've mucked around with a couple...

it looks more like 12-15knots :wtf:

Have you seen the forecast? 20kts gusting 35... And too be honest, it looks like it is out there at the moment.. I feel sorry for the guys on AB INITO.. Must be a very wet and bump ride upwind.. and even wetter downwind!

Great photo's.

What kind of camera?

also, what was the breeze? it looks more like 12-15knots :wtf:

Cannon Powershot SX 130 IS. Its a great jack of all trades camera that specialises in nothing and as its still a point and shoot camera dont go trying to compare it to top of the line DSLR camera like what AC has.
