Boat, 3/4 of a mill and you present it in this condition!

Better to have that lived in and loved look maybe?

That's a shite load, and that's an understatement, better than one we went to suss a few weeks ago with the idea of purchase. Still had dishes in the sink that looked like they had been there 6 months, which they probably had. 150 odd shoes but knot one was a pair. Dodgy probably food stuffs growing in the galley or it may have been a cure for cancer, who knows. Oil water mix dribbling out from the engine rooms. And the entire boat stuck like a sloppy whores fanny after a week hard out no-stop or as bad as I would imagine that to be. Crap from arse to breakfast. Never seen anything presented that poorly. And they wanted top dollar. You really do have to wonder sometimes.

I have a relative who is a broker and been with him a couple of times when he has photographed boats. He was a bit fussy about moving stuff around and especially clearing stuff out of the photos. Looking at various photos of boats for sale it all makes sense, especially some pricey ones listed recently.

I think its called professionalism

Thats what I thought, and he's been sleeping there and she's selling it. Bugger

ah that makes sense .... especially if you don't really want to sell.

The choice of some of those photos seems to have been made by the person who doesn't want to sell it.

Anyway, in all of this we have overlooked the need to out Vagabond for looking at a monohull on Trademe. :shifty:

Browsing can see innocent Vagabond but we all know where it can lead, in this day and age when you are just a few clicks from landing yourself in hot water.

Anyway it's not me you need to convince, it's your mates in the Multihull forum, who you will find are a much tougher audience. If you can still post there, it may already be too late. :eh:

I'm sure no one in the club will object to Vagabond hanging a few tonnes of lead of the bottom of Tigre if he thinks it'll help 'float his boat'!
