A friend of mine once said to me "isn't it highly dangerous drinking on boats?" To which I replied ..

This one got quite a few cheers at the '92 Leander evening sherif session, after being overheard during a phonecall to his (overseas) brother:

 

"which side of the prod kite should be at the front? The long one or the short one?"

 

Suffice to say, Totally Wired didn't have their best ever regatta.
