1paulg 17
Anyone had experience of this product - espec with yachts ....in theory sounds good - had a runabout that it was applied to but became flaky after a few years - but may have been the applicator...know that solvents eat it away. Be interested to hear from others that have tried....
ab1974 1
Your back Paul? My brother-in law uses it on their heat pump installs at seaside properties and he has just sprayed it on his new outboard. Can get him to touch base with you?
1paulg 17
Hi Andrew- yep checked into Opua last thurs night - welcomed by 30knt nw rain squalls after what had been a slow passage. Boat is on the hard in Whangarei getting a few things done ready for the summer.Hope you had fun in the Coastal ... Re nyalic - not sure if his application is relevant to a covering for top sides on a yacht but may be interesting to talk to him..think you have my mob number..? Having seen it fail in 2 different scenarios - I am a little skeptical of it - hence seeing if others had experience with it... Catch you soon hopefully Cheers
gurge 0
Have had it on a Ali boat. Didn't seem to last. Was a while ago, faded? Just sold a mclay that had a two pot DuPont? Lacquer on. Far better.
