Safety boat driver wanted for summer work in Akl

Hi there

we are looking for a reliable safety boat driver to man our 5m inflatable ribs and keep a watch on our dragon boat teams as they train each night. assist in the very unlikely event of a capsize and remind them of the give way rules (all have had formal training).

 

There's a bit of unlocking and pack down at the end of each shift but other than that it's sitting and enjoying the lake. Sometimes you can take a coach on board to do a bit of filming.

 

Teams that train are; school kids from all our local schools, breast cancer survivors, women's teams, corporate teams and mixed teams. Safety Operating Procedures are in place, handover will be provided. 

Conditions: Must have own vehicle with tow bar to launch rib, be reliable and experienced driving ribs along with rules of the road at sea.

Lake Pupuke

Every Monday till Thursday 3.30-8.30pm
and Every Sunday 7.30am-11.30am
$410/wk
