The problem isn’t the recreational take, it’s less than 4% off the top of my head. The problem is quotas were issued on historical data, so if you caught x tonnes of fish for the last x years then that was your allocation Problem being that they brought in the quota system because of over fishing so nothings changed they were and still are taking more that can be sustained. How many times have you seen powerboats doing 10 to 20 knots into ramps or channels, 50 times this year alone so far? I have. The guy in the dinghy lost his rag over fizz boat wankers who just haven't happened to have killed anyone yet ,so they think they're sweet.

I'm sure even the old guy polishing the boat each night could tie me in knots in the start box, but tbh American magic looked all at sea on more than one occasion.
