  1. Thinking further, I'd hazard a guess that Panuku is the lease holder of all Silo and Viaduct berths, that would blow my theory above, out of the water re management fees. Guessing with the proposed fee to drop an anchor per/metre in ACC controlled waters, that the current berthage/rental fees would be well in in excess of a million.. I'll join you with that wine.
  2. I've believe that as a berth lease owner, if you have Westhaven manage your berth in the rental pool you get market rate less 15%, this may be a part of the management fees of $604K?

You will always have a supply of dece
  6. Kilwell in Rotorua for sure. It would pay to take a drive and see them business hours. Take some cash, there is a good few seconds out the back they will show you through. Modify your design to suit what you can get. Last I was there I picked up a few bits that together made a 49er mast for nix. Longest section was about 4m from memory.
  7. We went with an Autex product, latex backed. It was easy to cut to shape and stays in place pretty well. When it get dirty, wet etc pull it out, hose it down, let it dry and back in the boat. Been in a year now, still looks new.
