  1. ... Looking for covid19?.. or bypassing the traffic in the main StreetπŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ€™
  2. Bugger... I was hoping for the other option. Googled for Africa and could not find a awswer.
  3. Moored out in the bay today was interesting yacht. Two masted with the aft mast the same height as the foremast and the aft mast was hard to determine if it was fore or after of the rudder stock ( ketch/ yawl) A schooner has a taller aft mast and a ketch/yawl gas a smaller mast. But these were, to the eye, the same hieght. What would you call it.
  4. Don't see many 10ft tinnies on berth at westhaven.
  5. He's right, if you have a boat in West Haven you are Rich.... And maybe a prick?.... You have to be to afford a berth and this means the council and Auckland benefit from the rich pricks and there boats. Let's face it if you own a house in Auckland your are a millionaire... In some people's eyes that's rich.
  6. With some people they have one data account with the network and hub another phone of the phone with data account. In my case we have one two degrees account and one phone for me and one for my partner who hubs via my phone and data account. Thus two accounts on one phone. So maybe it should be one account per person per email identity... And watch for trolling?
  7. Seems the greedy/ wasteful Council's don't want to help out in any way in a crisis. What happened to Cindy's ( Jacindas) let be kind... Does that only apply to the riff Raff?
  8. Agree 100%... A bit like govt, council's,... Paperwork/ overzealous regulation has made this country very expensive and inefficient. Yet we still do not physically check every container for contriband.. but the paperwork is anally probed by microscope to the nano particle level.
  9. Interesting that. In your industry that. May be right but in many industries where higher quality control applies there is no difference at all because quality is heavily regulated and any crap has been eliminated by historical performance and purchaser expectations. Maybe your industry if full of cowboys? Or poor governance?.... Or does not need high quality options?... In the customers blurred eyes?
  10. Don't you think some exporters/ importers may get much better container / fright rates than you? ( like Alibaba) and thus this is why people get a better price for the same spec'd product from overseas.

    VSR

Voltage Sensitive Relay (for battery protection to 2nd battery/fridge use) Has anybody tried the $39 VSR sold on line by Alibaba? The NZ ones are πŸ˜₯ eyewatering expensive yet the specs are the same and they look identical.
  17. Hi, I am looking for recommendations for a fibreglass 40' fast cruiser, live aboard, that can be sailed 2 up offshore, with 6'4'' head room. Price max - $250,000 Thanks in advance. Richard
