  1. In the past my UK Tape drive self tacking jib has always had full battens , Looking at different options and have had a discussion with Doyle and they suggest this . My Ross has the keel extension with L bulb . And yes typical winds in my area is 5 to 15 knts. Neither Doyle SanFrancisco or Doyle HeadOffice like the full batten jib arrangement. Doyle HeadOffice recommend the top batten pocket be double sided. One side for a partial batten, one side for a full length batten. I have cut and pasted Glenn Cooks comments below after looking at a picture of your sail on dilligaf racing. I t
