Yup , I use it liberally as epoxy sealer gives the timber more density before applying primer coats and penetrates end grain and crevices brilliantly.

Yup it doesn’t say much for the development of human intelligence when you need to regularly water blast off the product you paid heaps to put on.🤔

I know I bang on endlessly about the impact that berth costs has on savaging vessel values, however this low wage high cost economy is far divorced from the time that saw me initially take up boating ownership. Swing moorings ready and affordable access to hardstands ,a do it yourself maintenance program etc etc all now fond but faint memories. Student loans little job security moonbeam housing costs the list of barriers to boat ownership are many and varied in this neo liberal financial landscape.

Looks to be a Whitecap product. Maybe a post on WBF could throw up some leads. https://forum.woodenboat.com Alternatively a local wood turner could easily copy the ferrules.

Pretty cool , I’m not allowed to take the sabre saw to Adagio but crikey it’s tempting.😀 The outboard coffin could do with a re- think.

Crap weather = varnish time my least favoured activity but it does give me the opportunity to get rid of the annoying masthead light cable slap using ones noodle.😀

We have recently returned to Westhaven after a 5 year absence, is it just me but the water quality in Westhaven which was never that great has certainly taken a turn for the worst since the closing off the breakwater entry /exit.

Chilly tillers are a thing of the past for us as we have crossed to the dark side… /
