  1. I get great results from Move It. Dilute ,sponge on and leave or apply with spray bottle. Not caustic and fabric safe, great on teak deck, sails, sheets and covers. Have not applied to wife but pretty sure it would be effective. Why would you want to buy salt to make salt water, last time I looked the ocean is not a bad place to start. Go for a sail and clean your boat the natural way.

    Namsang

What a beauty the Namsang was. Stolen from NZ owner by an American ex owner/ scuzzball and lost in a river. I remember she had a solid stainless steel sliding forward hatch that also included the anchor capstan. I may be wrong but she was originally a ketch rig and then converted to a sloop rig which made the old girl creak and groan. Solid burmese teak hull real old school build.
  3. From memory it ended ended up at the bottom of the Gulf somewhere out between the Barrier and Coromandel.
  4. Nam Sang. Man, she was one pretty yacht. Owned by a Auckland car dealer if memory is correct and then liberated by false pre-tenses offshore by original American owner. Sadly this magnificent lady ended her days sunk in a river somewhere in the USA.
  5. Maybe Greg Young would have a opinion when it comes to disappearing yachts.
  6. Thanks for the post BB. On so many levels this thread invokes a lot of happy emotions. I was introduced to becoming a sea person by my father. Despite our differences and difficulties I have managed to pass to my kids and grand children the greatest gift that I in a lot of ways inadvertently received from my dad.
