The newest edition is getting on now too. I guess the regular updates stopped? Doesn't matter for most things but some like stores and water availability do change.

Milford is looking a lot tidier these days, but still tidal access and depth limited. And tricky to impossible in a big NE. But I agree that mooring costs are prohibitive for smaller (cheaper) boats, it doesn't make a lot of sense to have a $20k boat that costs $10k/year to keep in the marina.

Oh I don't doubt that it's there, and I'm not proposing ignoring the rules. It's just hard to see how those corners are really lower risk, rather than expedient.

It's a little hard to make sense of those zones in tryphena tbh, in terms of how the risk could possibly be different across those lines.

I'd guess timing failure but let's hope for something else? Separating gearbox and engine seems reasonable to me but others will know much more.

Does anyone know more about the demise and (possible) return of a charter fleet in Vava'u? It's something I've always wanted to do. Getting a boat set up for the passage is a whole different thing.

Personally I'd hesitate to use GPT's version without careful checking. Superficially it does the job, sure, but I'd lack confidence that the important details are correct. I don't have the expertise in this area, but that's often the case in areas where I do.

As long as you mean crashes, yes sailgp has 'action'. If you mean interesting sailing? Not so sure.
