nagy592 21
Even the free version of PW is enough, ECMWF works pretty good for me. Windy is a bit "bulky" on the phone screen, however awesome on a larger one. Should I go to specsaver? rmiker
dutyfree 81
I use a few, Wind dan instead of the Coastguard app, and Predict Wind, plus i have a few of the others. I like Predict Wind as they have multiple models and you can get a feel for the potential forecast variances.
Tamure 361
My vote for winddan, just a young guy who wanted the data in one place. Excellent work, that and windy plus looking out the window
markm 22
In answer to the question, no, back up and going today.
lateral 110
"Predictwind for $44 a year gives you lots" I have that subscription and my zeus told me I had to upgrade my subs to download coastal gribs. Not impressed as they are free on phone & from Nick. Are you guys using your phones or downloading to plotter?
Crazyhorse 47
Must admit, Winddan looks good, says tomorrow nice easterlies up the coast so away to Manganui after sun up. Will see how it goes compared to Windy and bloody met"service".
