Guest
been working too much lately....so in for this one this year....cleared the calendar and keen as, whos going ? in what div ? there is a 2 handed div but my usual side kick Bob the bowman is away so you never know what the Oracle will get up to .... Figure its just a nice little jaunt up the Coast (although with the old kauri barn door rudder) there are plans afoot for a new design over winter.... but not before i finish painting the decks.....and fitting the new toilet ..... the list goes on.. The big T 40
Transformer will be going - hope we have breeze this year. A great race for first timers to coastal racing - not to onerous time or money wise and you all end up together for socialising, with a cruise via Kawau home (more hair of the dog). Is The Butcher coming down for it - make it an Elliott benefit. Have you got some more disposable spinnakers Glen?
Guest
n't know about dispsable ....but if its light ...ill put up big blue .....then it definately won't be an elliott benefit ....even if you are 12m ...
Absolution 7
Fineline will be there. It's the weekend before I get married so the boat will probably have a few extra lads onboard and plenty of beer ballast. I'm hoping for a good SW'er again next Friday
The big T 40
Getting it all in before the noose tightens Hamish? And are you palying in the Panmure Threelegged race again?
Absolution 7
Getting it all in before the noose tightens Hamish? And are you palying in the Panmure Threelegged race again? Had to buy the new boat while I still had control of the finances. Unfortunately the maintenance slush fund is being gobbled up for the wedding. Poor planning on my part means that the wedding is right in the middle of the panmure 2 handed. Will aim to do it again next year, it's a good fun race.

Guest
In the SI's 4.5 The race will not be run if a gale warning, or higher, is in force on any part of the course at 1400 hours on the day of the race. How pleasant to know what their parameters are from the get go. Great thinking someone.

Payment can be made by eftpos, Mastercard and Visa Card (PIN number is required).

Absolution 7
Does anyone know how deep the the entrance to Marsden Cove Marina is? I think I remember not having a whole lot of water under Apparition last year and Fineline draws 0.7m more.
