What sort of boat is it?

Just an observation from a newbie..

Most people looking for a ride put up some basic information that might be useful for a skipper. Experience, positions sailed, weight etc BUT most skippers do not provide similar information.

Being closer to 100 than 70kg information about a boat would be preferred in order to make an informed decision to accept the ride. Not much point in going for a sail on a boat that is weight sensitive and the skipper is really wanting a 40kg bow monkey.

Boat name, size/design, in need of a trimmer/will teach you, serious racer/booze cruiser, monohull/multihull

I am sure there are other things but that should start the discussion.

To many reds want to give sperm. Darn I guess our plan to slowly take over the world has been foiled.

Or go undercover!!!! (http://www.freedomwigs.com  )

There aint anyway that this ginger is going to become a undercover brother, but for those who dont like the colour I wonder how much a wig costs

Looks like all the skippers here don't care if their crew suit the boat or not.

To be fair they are skippers. They know everything, and no one else could possibly give them any useful information.

:D

Just kidding. Good thread Rushman.
