Yep, although if they didn't go through with the sale they wouldn't be the first, and TradeMe won't do anything about it. Bad feedback is as bad as it gets.

Yes but there are dodgy people on TM (who knew?) I was watching this auction http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=450971447 which was "won" for $355 but immediately offered to me in a fixed-price-offer for $555 so something is fishy.

That's not dodgy/fishy necessarily. The seller has just got more than one to sell so they offer the remaining ones to the losing bidders/watchers. Happens often.

They are probably an importer Sd - it does say it is new.
