Fogg 427
Don't use TM but does this mean that if the bidding stopped at say $100 they would be obliged to sell at that price?
OYSTR 1
Don't use TM but does this mean that if the bidding stopped at say $100 they would be obliged to sell at that price? Yep, although if they didn't go through with the sale they wouldn't be the first, and TradeMe won't do anything about it. Bad feedback is as bad as it gets.
ab1974 1
Technically you've sold it at the highest bid. You could sue the vendor if they failed to complete the sale as it is a binding agreement but guessing you wouldn't bother.
Megwyn 2
Already at $1000
banaari 27
Interesting "accessory" apparently included with the berths
ScarecrowR31 8
Formerly Troika and raced at SYC. Interior improved by cabinetmaker in mahogany. A very tidy boat
Deep Purple 511
Don't use TM but does this mean that if the bidding stopped at say $100 they would be obliged to sell at that price? Yes but there are dodgy people on TM (who knew?) I was watching this auction http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=450971447 which was "won" for $355 but immediately offered to me in a fixed-price-offer for $555 so something is fishy. That's not dodgy/fishy necessarily. The seller has just got more than one to sell so they offer the remaining ones to the losing bidders/watchers. Happens often.

Guest
SD - I know you have lots of deck space but that is just ridiculous.
Fogg 427
There's plenty of time to run with this, it's bound to get up to a decent price for the vendor yet I suspect.
