They had ordered something online and it hadn't turned up and they couldn't get hold of them. I tried the search function but couldn't find it. Operator error I suspect. Lots of parallel importing took place with a NZ shop front. Over time some NZ suppliers began offering him product. Others supported their NZ dealers.
