SAILING OUTSIDE YOUR COMFORT ZONE FRIDAY 29TH JULY 2011 Meals 6.30pm, Talk 7.30pm RICHMOND YACHT CLUB FRIDAY NIGHT DINNERS AND MONTHLY SPEAKERS Speakers talking about various experiences they have had racing, SSANZ racing or coastal. Aaron Mortimer Carol Sefonte James Horner Fiona Ryder Our speakers will share their stories of the challenges they have faced and how they have coped :- • moving up from fully crewed harbour racing to the SSANZ two handed series • being left solo on a yacht with a dragging anchor and the dinghy painter wrapper round the prop, and other stories • being the youngest in the Round North Island race and handling a dismasting • crewing in the Auckland to Fiji race, having never been offshore before Everyone welcome. Meet local members & meet your friends for a meal & an interesting evening.
