The boat doesn't matter as long as it's fun and safe to sail on and big enough to make it up to the bay of islands would be good this time. We live in Auckland permanently, and would have a place to stay up in the bay of islands if needed. Yep we have seen boats before as well, a few of them for many years - but we are not too serious about racing as yet. However we are certainly helpful in keeping the crew in a good mood, we won't stand in your way and we know how to use ropes too. Have all equipment needed incl bribaries.
