Mature and professional attitude towards being part of a team and working in close quarters. Boat speed and tactics aware. Can commit to suitable gig. Lifelong dinghy sailor (used to race cherubs and R Class down south) but bugger all big boat stuff. Fit and excellent power-weight ratio (surfer). Operational crew Raglan Coastguard (heaps of sea hours in dodgy scenarios). Good with instruments. First Aid and a few other relevant SAR qualifications. Ex-Yachting NZ LTS Instructor, Team Racing Umpire. Passed National Race Officer Exam. Can cook baked beans. 45 yo. Own gear. Own transport.
