Quarterback 1 Posted July 15, 2013 Share Posted July 15, 2013 Panmure Yacht and Boating Club (PYBC) we have a 1 bedroom cottage above our winch house, which is currently rented for $200 per week. The tenant acts as a watchman for the Club. The cottage will become available on 1 September. We believe that the cottage would suit a person or couple who have an interest in boats and there could be opportunities to pick up the Club’s cleaning contract or private work on boats in the yard.
