Inexperienced crew in need of a kickstart

I'm a novice sailer - I just posted in the introductions thread so please feel free to read more about me here.

 

I'd really like to get some experience on larger trailer sailers or keelers in the 30-45' length (although I'd be happy to get out on anything but I think I'd like to get a keeler around that size eventually).

 

I do not have a lot of experience but I can do what I'm told and am keen.

 

I'd really appreciate a kickstart into sailing bigger boats, the experience is very valuable as I'd like to do some qualifications eventually but need 200 hours logged.

 

I'm based in Palmerston North but am willing to travel.
