Guest Posted October 7, 2011 Share Posted October 7, 2011 Hey Sailmates! 3 young persons (2 boys and 1 girl) would like to go from Vancouver or either USA to South America around 2012 january. Can anyone tell me if this can be usual or not typical? The boys have some experience but we all are eager to learn a lot and share costs aboard. Guest Posted October 7, 2011 Share Posted October 7, 2011 By january most of the cruising fleet is south of the border - La PAz, Mazatlan, Puerto Vallarta. I think you would have better luck either leaving earlier or starting further south. Link to post Share on other sites
