Where would I find a replacement throttle control mechanism? I have a Spinlock ATCU throttle control, but the mechanism behind it has taken a bit of a hiding and is getting hard to select the gears.

It looks like I currently have a Teleflex control TX172152 but can't seem to find much info online about where to source one in NZ?............

Any help appreciated.

This is the one we have

internals are pretty much identical, probably a copy.

Far better is it to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure... than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much, because they live in a gray twilight that knows not victory nor defeat.

Yep, Thats the same as I have that came with the Yanmar.

Bit cheaper here:

Ressurected mine with lanocoat. Now works fine.

You need to go right back to the lever on the trans.

Also lube the cable.

Probly get one from above as a backup.

Shipping from UK is usually cheaper.

Thanks for the reply's. I have managed to source one from Burnsco at a surprisingly good price.

Seems like these are a fairly generic item across all the throttle levers. Have even managed to save the Spinlock controller off the old one so will have her back up and running in no time!
