Guest Posted May 31, 2014 Share Posted May 31, 2014 Yeah, the sister ship to the russian icebreaker I was working on in antarctica had a bit of a moment one day. The captain was asleep and the tour guide thought it would be good it they could nose up to an iceberg so the passengers could touch it. Amazing what happens when 2000 tonne of ship meets with a 1000000 tonne iceberg that is in a current doing 3 knots. I think it was shortened by 3 metres and I'm not talking about the iceberg........... Link to post Share on other sites
